Sun exposure can result in changes to the skin pigmentation, which is seen by freckles, sun, liver and age spots. Through Intense Pulse Light (IPL) the pigmented lesion will absorb the light, which causes them to heat up. The heat created damages the melanin, while causing minimal damage to the surrounding skin. Downtime is minimal, which will be explained at consultation.

1-3 treatments are required every 4-6 weeks for optimal results.  A tailored treatment plan will be created for you at your initial consultation. 

Indication: Freckles, sun spots, liver and age spots.

Please note treatment cannot be performed on darker skin types.
